The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 220                                                                                                          
    "An Act repealing the secondary student competency examination                                                              
     and related requirements; and providing for an effective date."                                                           
                                                                                                                                
HB 220 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
